MONTGOMERY AQUATIC CENTER [MAC] 5900 Executive Blvd., N. Bethesda, MD 301-468-4211 The natatorium includes an L-shaped, 8-lane, 50-meter main pool, a warm water leisure pool, and two separate hydrotherapy pools for adults. It also has diving boards, an interior water slide, an exercise room, snack bar, locker and shower facilities, and saunas. Directions to the MAC. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. SWIM CENTER [MLK] 1201 Jackson Road, White Oak, MD 301-989-1206 The natatorium includes an 8-lane, 25-yard/meter (moveable bulkhead) pool, a separate diving area, with one- and three-meter diving boards, and a separate warm water teach pool. The Center also has a hydrotherapy spa, a weight and exercise room, an all-purpose room, and locker/shower facilities. There is a 6-lane 50-meter outdoor pool with a diving well, three slides in a separate recreation area, and a Lazy River. Directions to OSC GERMANTOWN INDOOR SWIM CENTER [GISC] South Germantown Recreational Park, 18000 Central Park Circle, Boyds, Maryland 20841 240-777-6830 a state-of-the-art facility with approximately 60,000 square feet. It has a competition pool 25 meters (8 lane) long by 25 yards (10 lanes) wide with a dive tower containing 5 meter, 7.5 meter, and 10 meter platforms. The meter course will be based on FINA regulations, while the yard course will be based on NCAA regulations. GISC also has a recreation pool for lap swimming and water exercise, and a leisure pool, as well as two separate hydrotherapy pools. Directions to GISC BETHESDA OUTDOOR POOL Little Falls Parkway, Bethesda, MD 301-652-1598 Facilities include a six lane, 50 meter long course z-shaped pool with a 25 meter course into the diving well; 1 and 3 meter diving boards, a junior pool, tot pool, a new separate 6-lane 25-meter lap pool, bath house, snack service and lawn areas. GLENMONT OUTDOOR POOL 12621 Dalewood Drive, Wheaton, MD 301-929-5460 Facilities include a six-lane, 50-meter main pool and an eight-lane, 25-meter swim course, with one-meter and half-meter diving boards. A separate shallow-water leisure pool has fountains, sprays, and kiddie slides. An activity pool has two flume slides and crosswalks.
