Welcome to Montgomery Ancient Mariners. More than 230
adult swimmers, ranging in age from their 20s to 70s, participate in coached
Masters practices at Montgomery County, Maryland indoor and outdoor pools.
The goal of many of us is competition at the local and national levels. The
aim of all is the combination of good health and fitness that are the benefits
of structured workouts. Use the menu at the left to learn more about us
